To ensure the orderly and efficient processing of documents and transactions at the Migrant Workers Office (MWO) Qatar and to prevent unauthorized submissions, all accredited Qatar Recruitment Agencies (QRAs) are required to submit three (3) authorized representatives to transact on their behalf. This measure ensures that MWO Qatar deals only with the agency’s official representatives.

 

Accredited QRAs must complete this online form: https://docs.google.com/.../1FAIpQLScvbFPULfF.../viewform... on or before 27 March 2025. Additionally, the QRA manager/owner must submit a duly signed letter to MWO Qatar confirming the list of authorized representatives. Lists submitted online without a corresponding written confirmation will be disregarded.

Only the registered contact number of the QRA will be added to the new WhatsApp group managed by MWO Qatar.

MWO Qatar will issue a new ID to each authorized representative, which must be presented and worn when submitting or receiving documents for contract verification, accreditation, and job order applications. The ID to be issued has QR code which will be scanned whenever the bearer has transactions with the office.

 

Effective 06 April 2025, only authorized representatives registered with MWO Qatar will be permitted to conduct transactions on behalf of their agencies. Any changes to the list of representatives must be immediately communicated in writing by the QRA concerned, and the MWO-issued ID must be surrendered.

 

Furthermore, all previously issued MWO IDs must be returned on or before 30 March 2025, as they will no longer be recognized.

Lastly, individuals not affiliated with accredited QRAs, including those posing as freelance recruitment agents, will no longer be allowed to transact with MWO Qatar regarding contract verification, accreditation, or job orders.
