PROCESSING OF OVERSEAS EMPLOYMENT CERTIFICATE (OEC)

Once the contract has been verified by MWO Qatar, it will be encoded into the system, which will automatically generate an OEC. The worker will no longer need to schedule an appointment through the online services website. They only need to ensure they have an existing OEC account, whether or not they can retrieve it.

For workers who do not yet have an OEC account, they can create one by following these steps:

1. https://onlineservices.dmw.gov.ph//OnlineServices
2. On the “e-Registration” panel, click “Let’s Go!”
3. Then click “Register”.
4. On “Terms of Use and Privacy Statement” click “Accept the terms of Use”.
5. Kindly read the “PAALALA” section before filling out your registration.
6. Fill out the registration form. Then submit by clicking “Register”.
7. Please use the temporary password that was stated in the Account Creation Result at the bottom.
8. Repeat steps 1 and 2. Then on Login, enter your registered email address.
9. Click “Next”. Enter your Temporary Password and Click “Login”.
10. You will be asked to enter a new password. Enter and confirm your new password.
11. Go to My PROFILE and update your IDENTIFICATION (Passport). Click SUBMIT when you are done.
12. Afterwards, go back to DASHBOARD

Upon visiting MWO Qatar, the worker must provide the email address used to create the OEC or account. If they no longer remember it, they will be asked to provide an active email address.

Once the contract is verified, the worker will receive a sheet/ slip containing the OEC login details, along with instructions on how to print the OEC and how to generate an OEC exemption.

If you already have a contract which is previously verified, please email a copy of the contract and the latest payslip to This email address is being protected from spambots. You will receive a response within three (3) working days with instructions on how to print your OEC, generate your OEC exemption, and access your OEC login details.
